Chicken Vesuvio









Chicken Vesuvio enjoyed the night of Hurricane Ike in Houston on Friday, September 12, 2008.
The best version of this dish is done by Gennaro's Restaurant at 1352 W. Taylor St. in Chicago, IL. I have eaten this dish many times and have never found any place that prepares this dish as well as Gennaro's.
