Preparing Chicken and Sausage Gumbo for party.James “Wine Guy” Koonce and his four-year-old daughter, Katharine, who were seriously burned in the fire at Brennan’s of Houston during Hurricane Ike. A fun-raising event will be held on November 2 from 5 to 8 p.m. featuring hearty vittles donated by local food purveyors and restaurants.
